Alligator Hunting – Fully Guided

For the ultimate adrenaline rush try hunting South Carolina Low Country alligators. Bostick Plantation has a supply of guaranteed alligator tags available each year. We are thick with big mean gators in the bays, ponds and along our 2 miles of Savannah River front. The hunt begins when the sun goes down and could go all night. Chasing big gators around the swamp at night makes for a great hunting adventure. We provide everything you need to take that trophy gator. All hunts are fully guided by experienced guides.

Everyone who participates must have a South Carolina hunting license, or be under the age of 16. To participate in the public alligator season one must apply, be selected, then pay a fee for a permit and harvest tag. The fee for the permit and tag is $100. In addition, any nonresident hunter or nonresident assistant 16 years of age or older must pay a $200 nonresident alligator hunting fee. By law, all fees collected for the alligator hunting program are used to support administration of the alligator program in South Carolina and for research, monitoring, and management of this important resource.

Anyone born after 1979 must have a valid Hunter Safety Course ID to be issued a South Carolina hunting license. You may obtain your SC Hunting License by going online to www.dnr.sc.gov. Just follow the simple directions and print your license from your computer or you may call 1-803-734-8004 and purchase the license over the telephone.
